INSPECTION OF MAGNETS BY MACHINE VISION

The integration of machine vision designed to check the presence of magnets has eliminated operator error on the heat pump production line. The PLC and HMI software were modified on the line for ease of selection of recipes, control and maintenance of the equipment.
